We’ll watch movie scenes showing these
broadcasters, plus scenes that feature local
businesses and landmarks like the Nampa City
Hall, Shady Acres Service Station & Motel on
Highway 44, the Hungry Onion Drive-in,
Farmer’s and Merchant’s State Bank,
The Meridian Speedway, The Ranch Club,
and Idaho State Hospital located in Nampa.

Billy story of how an airplane trip turned into an
opportunity for KTVB to be featured in the movie!

Sandy Kershner
of Caldwell wrote the book “On the Trail of
Bronco Billy” and revisited a lot of the sites
where the movie was filmed, and interviewed
some of the locals who were in Bronco Billy.
Sandy has been invited to attend and hopes to
be there. She will bring a copy of her book and
talk a little about how and why she wrote it!
We’ll be in the Aspen Room that seats 49 people
